The focus of our business is the custom design & construction of high quality

We assist in the lot selection, the drawing of the blueprints, and even in the introduction of mortgage officers if needed.
After discussing your needs, we can determine what your price range is, and through some communication, we can start the process of designing & building your dream home.
We do not receive any funds from
clients; at the point where we draw up a contract, we add necessary contingencies and conditions to safeguard your situation. At this point, you would escrow a good faith deposit with an abstract & title
company, and we would secure a construction loan. There are many other ways to approach the financing, but this is the conventional method.
However, the most important issue is that you allow us to open the
discussion of building your home.
